K.B.S.

Kick Back Sunday! Today is a perfect day to spend time with the family and head to church and reconnect.

I always love Sundays because its a day where I go to church with the family and then relax at home by watching movies. Today was a little different because of the French Open.

I watched the rebroadcast of James Blake take on a hungry Gael Monfils. The Frenchman got his swerve on and took Blake to the brink and won on a volley that Blake hit long. Monfils then did his rendition of 'I Told You So' and threw-up a PEACE SIGN (two fingers apart). Read the entire story HERE.

It's astonishing to think that there are no American men playing since they've all been bounced worse than a forehand being returned by A-Rod (not A-Rod from the Yankees but Andy Roddick). The weight of the US falls heavily on Venus Williams to hold it down. Note to men: If you have an issue having a woman for a boss, get over it because the women are taking over.

The one saving grace for the Rolland-Garros Tournament is the face-off between Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. The recently turned 20-year old Nadal (birthday: June 3, 1986) known as the Raging Bull because of his head-first type of play, has faced The ONE (Federer) and beaten him 4 of the 5 times. This match-up is going to make for some great television- a Swede versus a Spaniard. So, go set your watches and make sure you grab your pearls while you pull your olive wood lounge chair closer to the set. Oh man, it's ON!
