Escape the Couch

You know what I'm talking about. If you live in the North America, winter is about to become official on December 21st eventhough you would think that winter already began by looking outside.

Massachusetts and all of New England got a one two knockout punch by mother nature on December 9th that was no joke. It snowed and when it didn't snow, it turned into blizzard type weather reminiscent of the Blizzard of '96.

It's hard staying motivated much less getting off the couch and getting some exercise. So, take some motivational cues from Johnny and get moving before your couch decides to take action on you.
