The NBA: Like WHOA!

The NBA is dealing with the fall-out from the Tim Donaghy FBI investigation that he bet on games that he officiated and his possible ties to the Mafia. Yes, the Mafia and not the Brooklyn-based Junior Mafia. This has to be an interesting time for the League and Commissioner David Stern.

When Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns heard about the alleged betting and point-shaving, he made reference to game 3 of the Western Conference Finals between the eventual Champions- San Antonio Spurs, and his Phoenix Suns. Take a look at the video on YouTube.com and tell me what you think.

The Matrix has been a headache for many years....be it with the Runnin' Rebels at UNLV or now with the Phoenix Suns. You see, he's a silent assasin that let's his game speak and it does so loudly. Not only is he a solid ball player, he's also one of the coolest cats on this side of the Mississippi.

As the Suns beat-up on the Lakers, I wonder if Kobe is sitting at home with his two daughters and wife wondering if it's time to leave the West coast and trade up to a city like NY or Philly? Who knows but for now it's all about the BULLS beating Detroit!
