Well, word is a man was trying on a pair of Reeboks at the Indian River Mall and found $5,200 in cash in the left sneaker. Can you believe that?!
Store employees believe the sneakers were purchased and returned, with the returner not knowing there was cash stuffed in the kicks.
The man reportedly didn't buy the kicks and the money was turned over to authorities.
So, there is money in kicks, but in this case it didn't involve camping out and reseling them for a quick profit.
