Other than folks saying that the players and everyone in attendance was staring at the trio, the sneakerheads in the crowd paid attention to what Jay and Kanye had on their feet.

Jay-z puts the rumors to rest

On Thursday, August 2nd Jay-Z was interviewed by Angie Martinez of Hot 97FM in New York and put the rumors to rest that he's fathered a son in the Caribbean and what he does in his spare time.

In other news, Jay-Z continues to rock Air Force 1s even though he has a signed footwear deal with Reebok. All is can say is that Jay-Z has some great attorneys and negotiated one hell of a deal that allows him to wear sneakers from other brands besides Reebok and Adidas. Brilliant!
